Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "CHECK OUT" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order. You will be transferred to a secure payment system operated by Worldpay, a company in association with Royal Bank of Scotland.. We accept all credit cards accepted by Worldpay, which is a company in association with Royal Bank of Scotland, who handle all our on-line transactions through a secure link. We reserve the right to alter our prices without notice.
Shipping & Handling
We ship worldwide by first class post using airmail for international orders. Shipping costs are calculated automatically by the shopping cart and displayed prior to purchase.
Delivery Schedule
We process your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 2 to 6 working days. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Returns Policy
You can return any item within seven days of receipt for any reason whatsoever, for replacement, exchange or refund. Enclose a note with your name address and instructions. Please return items carefully wrapped, complete and in their original condition and packaging, Ensure that you obtain a proof of postage for your own security. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of returning unwanted goods, unless the goods are faulty, in which case contact us by telephone, letter or e-mail for our return instructions.
Tax Charges
We do not currently charge. V.A.T. Customers outside of the European Union shall be responsible for any taxes due to their local authorities.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted. They are not held in clear text on any web site. WorldPay is a subsidiary of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, it handles all our transactions. Worldpay only collect the information required to process your payment, they act in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
Guarantee
All our products come with a full return to base manufacturers warranty. Your statutory rights are not effected.

Our normal office hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm weekdays.
In the unlikely event that you should have a complaint about our service please contact us immediately. All complaints will be acknowledged. We aim to deal with and resolve them within five U. K. working days. We take all complaints seriously, they are handled personally by Chris Rattray. All complaints are recorded and used as a source of information to improve our services. Our terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Scotland.
